This weeks Learner Driving Question?????????

I approach a cross intersection. There are no stop or give way signs or lines on the roadway.

I look to my right and my left and ahead a car is travelling in the opposite direction to the way I am travelling with no blinker indicating.

There is a car approaching the intersection on my left.

Who must give way?????
