This is the coolant bottle from a 2011 Holden Captiva !
This vehicle has a failed engine oil cooler , that has let diesel oil enter into the cooling system
A big job to clean up , including new oil cooler , cooling system clean out and new hoses and coolant bottle at a minimum
Vehicle was purchased a month ago from a used car dealer
