ozrota capella 13B Capella came to us with the original CDI ignition system breaking down under load — so it was time for an upgrade!

We supplied and installed a set of Haltech IGN-1A coils, wired them in and tucked everything neatly away under the intake manifold for a clean look.

Inside, we added a Haltech 8-button CAN keypad, housed in a custom 3D-printed bracket incorporating a shift light into the factory radio position. We also fabricated a bracket for the ECU to be mounted to giving it a secure and tidy home.

And the result? 👀

The Capella recently laid down a 10.58 @ 135mph — through a H-pattern gearbox. 💪💪

It’s not always big horse power and jdm cars around here! We’ve had this brand new super duty come to us after already having the dual battery install done elsewhere. we fitted the following emergency systems including emergency lights on the roof,sirens,uhf,Anderson plug connections on tray and rewired the Center roof console switches to be constant power via the second battery! Here’s abit of a tech tip for those playing at home or even in a professional workshop. As we all know removing AN fittings multiable times can eventually lead to a leaking fitting. In this case it was leaking on a welded fitting. For the customer this can be a costly and timely repair having to remove / cut and weld a new fitting on when there’s nothing really wrong with the fitting it’s just the sealing face is abit worn. Let me introduce you to a product we use called flaretite( originally designed for the JIC hydraulic fitting industry) it also shares a 37 degree taper like a AN fitting just simply remove the fitting and install it onto the male fitting end and screw it back on! It’s that simple!
