🔧 A FUN LITTLE SUBARU PROJECT! 🔧

Last month, Dan and Grant got stuck into this very cool 1992 Subaru Wagon, giving it a serious mechanical refresh and a few upgrades to make it even more capable off the beaten track.

The boys replaced the rear diff bushes, all front bushes, engine and gearbox mounts, strut tops and heavy-duty rear springs. They also fitted a new timing belt kit, water pump and oil pump seal kit, installed a locker and body lift, carried out a full service and finished it off with larger 205/70R15 tyres.

It’s not every day we get something like this through the workshop, and it was great fun bringing this old-school Subaru back up to scratch while giving it a tougher stance and plenty of extra capability.

A great team effort by Dan and Grant—and one seriously cool little wagon ready for its next adventure!

The J.A.T Mechanical crew will be putting the tools down, letting the good times roll and enjoying a wheel-y well-earned day off!

Our workshop will be closed on Monday the 10th for the public holiday—so please don’t get too revved up if you find the doors shut. 🚗
