Wow, we never questioned our customer when we recently reproduced these 3mm laser cut UV stabilised black acrylic 60 or so year old 'Old School' KENWORTH badges. The Customer did not want mounting holes in it so for realism the mounting holes and lines were engraved only. I just saw they are asking hundreds for the same in metal on eBay and these acrylic versions are a fraction of that!

A friend has a DRAKE 1:50 scale Lockinda Transport T900 Kenworth ('Legend'), prime mover, he loves the model but is just a little disappointed in the 'finish' of the greyish Klos Bros logo on the rear black mudflaps (LHS) certainly not their doing. Guess when you mass produce something, especially in China, you are going to lose a bit of detail. Well I thought I could fix that, and after drawing up a couple I contacted Justin Klos of 'Klos Custom Trucks' down in Lara Victoria to seek permission to use their respected 'Brand'. Justin replied immediately and graciously permitted the use thereof. So here we are with a 'sharper' looking rear end in either black or white, yessir!

Putting the finishing touches to a Code 3 1:50 scale Cararama from a plain white Tautliner to a Custom 'CHAMPIONS' of Rockhampton Refrigerated Van. Just the painted rear under run bar to go back on and the rear marker plates and it'll be ready for a preview.
