Delivered these formula ford nosecones this arvo, new product to me. I had a nosecone to copy trim lines. That 1 was 1.7kg , new nosecone were from 1080 grams to 1200 grams.

Hands down the itchiest s**t I have ever come across, beats carbon fiber itch any day if the week.

Finished off latest falcon bonnet on Friday. Full fibreglass, infused outer skin 3mm foam core on each side of the scoop...

Finished off latest falcon bonnet on Friday. Full fibreglass, infused outer skin 3mm foam core on each side of the scoop. Wet lay up on the inner frame, alloy plates bonded in to be able to bolt up as per original.
8.5kg total weight.
Kick off on some raw carbon falcon bonnets next week. Need the practice.

The outer skin mould is complete for the xy falcon bootlid.
All fl**ge / runoff has been removed, now some clean up of the run-off and some locators for the inner frame mould.
Some plasticine in the edges of the frame so to prevent lock on.
2 coats of sealer and 6 coats of wax .

Bootlid set up on fl**ge/ runoff.2 coats of sealer , 6 coats of wax.Just sprayed the gelcoat.

So on the way home from beachfest on Sunday morning this happened.
16 year old L plater learning how to drive oldschool v8 falcon.
Dan thought he was the alpha ( to much playstation).
Just getting him to learn the feel of the clutch for starters , no restrictions on L plate to learn manual.
