We hear this a lot from our customers.

𝗝𝗔𝗬𝗖𝗢 𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗬: We’ve seen this same issue a few times this month - ceiling imperfections showing up in new Jayco vans.

This Jayco Adventurer came into AllBrand Caravan Services for a Jayco warranty repair, and because we’re a Jayco Authorised Repair Agent, our team is handling it the right way.

The roof sheeting has been carefully cut, adhesive is being applied to the foam, and the new fiberglass ceiling panel is about to be fitted, secured, and reassembled so the client gets their van back looking the way it should.

New van. Warranty issue. Proper repair process.

Need help with Jayco warranty repairs, ceiling imperfections, caravan roof work, or general caravan servicing?

A caravan water leak can be doing damage long before you notice a drip inside.

This van came into Allbrand Caravan Services for a pressure test and the results showed several areas where water was finding its way in around the mouldings and roof.

Once we started investigating, we also found physical cracking in the roof that needed attention.

The problem with water ingress?

❌ Small gaps can let moisture travel further than expected
❌ Failed seals can be difficult to spot from the outside
❌ Cracks can allow ongoing water entry
❌ What looks minor can turn into a much bigger repair if left unchecked

On this van, we’ve also carried out fibreglass repairs in-house to help get the affected areas properly sorted.

Whether your caravan needs resealing, leak detection, fibreglass repairs or insurance repair work, our team can inspect the problem and work out what actually needs fixing.

If you’ve noticed signs of water getting in or you simply want your caravan checked before the next trip, get in touch with Allbrand Caravan Services.

Even when your caravan or motorhome has been serviced, issues can still show up — and it’s not always anyone’s fault. Age, electronic components, brake wear, suspension cracks or drawbar issues can all cause problems over time.

That’s why a thorough check is important. At Allbrand Caravan Services, we go through a full checklist, inspect everything under the vehicle, and advise you on what needs attention — not just the obvious parts.

If you want peace of mind, give us a call on (07) 3869 2969 or check out our website — link’s in the comments. We’ll make sure your vehicle is fully looked after before you hit the road.

Getting the fit right starts with careful preparation.

Here, the metal sheet is being routed to suit the J Mould, making sure the profile is shaped correctly before fitting.
