Subaru outback cvt transmission repair, new valve body from the dealer is $5500 as they dont sell solenoids separately, managed to find aftermarket solenoids, replaced them all , car all fixed, saved the customer around $5000 in repairs.

European pcv valves seem to be the thing the last week, 2 audi a5s and a bmw 1 series, when the diaphragm splits can make it run very poorly, use excessive oil , missfire, and cause engine light to come on. All 3 cars sorted same day and running like new again

Job i did recently, mk7 vw golf 2.0tdi , car had a bad oil leak from the front crank seal plate, replaced the oily belt that drives the oil pump at the same time , and yes that rubber belt is running inside engine and covered in engine oil
