If you're looking for a big hybrid saloon, the Mercedes Benz S400h is pretty good value for money. It's got a huge 12" media screen and premium audio, but unfortunately it lacks modern smartphone connectivity. And being a Japanese import, the navigation doesn't work in Australia and the FM radio only goes up to 90MHz.
Well, we've sorted that with the DS-SmartLink..... wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, integrated with the Mercedes NTG5 Comand system for a completely seamless upgrade solution.
Maps, Music, Podcasts, Radio, Messages, Telephone and more right there on the original display with control from existing buttons on the console and steering wheel.

Ford FG-X XR6, Kenwood / iDatalink Maestro upgrade.
The Sync2 media system in Tony's Falcon ute had developed some problems and rather than have it repaired or replaced, he decided to upgrade it.
That's the original Ford dash panels and trims, but now with Kenwood's "Direct Replacement" DAX8000XDS 8" high definition capacitive touchscreen, featuring AM/FM/DAB radio, Bluetooth, USB-C, wireless CarPlay & Android Auto, and HD camera input.
And check out that new HD rear parking camera!
This type of installation requires some high-tech interfacing to retain all the vehicle settings, and thanks Maestro RR solution, this upgrade is as seamless as they get.

Jamie just purchased this immaculate 2004 Mercedes Benz SLK280, but there was a problem..... the previous owner had installed a j***y Android head unit and it was just awful. It looked and sounded terrible, had poor radio reception and it took ages to start up.... time for an upgrade.
Check out Jamie's new Kenwood in-dash media system, the DMX8521S. It features AM/FM radio, Bluetooth, USB-C, wireless CarPlay & Android Auto, and multiple camera inputs.
So, the old Android unit found a new home in the trash and Jamie is on his way home with a huge smile on his face. Job done!

Big screen upgrade for Elliott's 2015 Forester today.
The old Subaru Starlink unit came out make way for Pioneer's SPH-EVO98DAB 9" wireless receiver, and we've utilised the iDatalink Maestro OEM integration solution to retain all vehicle features and settings including the factory fitted Harman Kardon premium sound system.
Elliott also took the opportunity to have us upgrade the standard parking camera to a new Kenwood HD-TVI camera, and it looks amazing!

If you own a late model Mitsubishi Outlander, Pajero or ASX and the original media system's touchscreen is still working, think yourself lucky.
Nick's 2020 ASX system failed a while ago so he got in touch with us to check his options. Repair, replace or upgrade?
Well, as you can see he chose to upgrade to a shiny new Kenwood 9" media system with wireless CarPlay.
A perfect fit with retention of the original rear parking camera and the steering wheel mounted audio controls.
We've also loaded a Mitsubishi start-up logo for a factory fitted look. Awesome!

David just purchased this gorgeous Goodwood Green Aston Martin DB9 Volante, and it's pretty awesome.... but, the original dashboard mounted navigation display wouldn't open. It's a common fault caused by either broken teeth on the screen gears or a slipping clutch, and sometimes like in this case, both.
We stock the genuine AML repair kit which includes replacement gears along with a new washer and circlip.
The repair process requires a little dashboard disassembly, but it's all fairly straightforward for our team.
So, with the new gears fitted, the clutch refurbished, and the screen mech reinstalled, we're all done.
