We just wanted to take a moment to say a genuine thank you ๐ค
Being busy is a privilege, and itโs something we never take for granted. Every single order represents someone trusting us with their hard-earned money and thatโs something we take seriously ๐ค
Since moving into our warehouse earlier this year, weโve been working hard to build a fulfilment flow weโre really proud of. Itโs been a big step for us, and weโre continuing to learn and improve every day.
A big part of that has been the people around us. The team at Storage King Australia in Brendale have been so good to us.. not just helping us get set up, but also supporting our order pickup flow by directing customers to us and assisting with couriers when weโre offsite. Theyโve genuinely made day-to-day operations smoother (and Oakley absolutely loves the manager Luke ๐)
Weโve also been building great relationships with our Australia Post team in Narangba, as well as the couriers who now collect from us each day โบ๏ธ
It might seem like a small thing, but having good people around you who genuinely care about what they do makes a huge difference ๐
Behind the scenes, weโve also made some big investments in systems and platforms to keep improving how we operate... all with the goal of a smoother experience for our customers ๐ค
Weโre not perfect, but we genuinely put everything into this business, and the support we get from this community means more than we can put into words.
