Putting our most recent The DPF Doctor training to the test with our most recent Assessment.

After booking in this for a DPF assessment we quickly found that it was unable to complete its regeneration 🔥.

After some on road testing we quickly were able to diagnose the Vaporiser as the cause of its underlying issues. 💨

Another day another diagnostic job.

This is back to its best after it was presented to us with a low power issue due to a faulty suction control valve which was limiting its power.

Our most recent Assessment 🧑‍🏫

We recently had a lovely in for a DPF assessment.

We very quickly concluded it had a DPF which was restricted.

After finding and repairing 🔧 a underlying issue which was preventing the DPF from cleaning itself we were able to preform a on car 3 part cleaning process to bring those pressures back into the happy zone 😃.

Well this was a fun day. 🔧

After the local Mercedes dealer could not solve the issues with this fabulous ML300 we were asked to see if we could give it a go.

It was tricky but enjoyable to solve.
