Aries Rail are pleased to announce the acquisition of Gibson Tru-Body.
For many years, the Gibson Tru-Body brand has been associated with high quality commercial vehicle bodies, supplying vehicle dealerships and fleet customers throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales. Importantly, the synergies between the companies also extend into rail with both supporting customers with strong hyrail system design and installation knowledge. The acquisition combines a wealth of experience from both sides of the country and allows Aries Rail to expand their manufacturing, sales, service and support operations into Queensland.
The invaluable industry experience and depth of knowledge within Gibson Tru-Body will remain an integral part of the team working at the existing Brisbane facility but now with extended reach around the country.
Aries Hyrail equipment can now be supplied directly in Brisbane, combining Australia’s most popular RRV brand with Gribson Tru-Body’s high quality commercial vehicle body manufacturing.
Aries Rail’s RRV service, repair and certification model which, has proven to be successful for many customers in other states, will be deployed in Queensland with a fully equipped rail test bed and on-site mobile services coming soon.
Aries Rail are committed to supporting local manufacturing and jobs on both sides of the country and it is most certainly “business as usual” in both Perth and Brisbane. The acquisition complements existing Aries Rail facilities in Perth, Melbourne and Port Hedland.
