Some announcements are exciting and some are a little bittersweet.

As many of you know, Mechanic On The Way has relocated to our new home and whilst we are incredibly excited about this new chapter for our family, it also means making the difficult decision to say goodbye to servicing the Bunbury and surrounding areas.

This wasn’t an easy decision.

To every customer who trusted us with your vehicles over the years, from simple services to complex repairs and those unexpected roadside emergencies, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
You welcomed us into your homes, recommended us to your family and friends and supported our small family business. Thank you to you all!

Although we are saying goodbye to Bunbury, we are looking forward to building new relationships throughout Cranbrook, Kojonup, Mount Barker, Albany and the surrounding communities.
We are also very grateful that we will still be able to continue servicing our valued customers in Manjimup and Bridgetown.

To everyone who has been part of our journey so far, thank you. Every booking, every recommendation, every kind word and every bit of support has meant the world to our family.

We are very excited for this next chapter and look forward to continue providing the knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy service that Mechanic On The Way has always stood for.

⛽ Quick Fuel Safety Reminder – Safety First ⚠️

With fuel prices going crazy, lots of people are filling jerry cans.

⛽️ Remember ALWAYS place your jerry can on the ground BEFORE filling it.

Filling it while it’s sitting in your car, ute or boot can create static electricity which can ignite fuel vapours ‼️🔥

It also helps prevent fuel spills inside your vehicle — and once petrol soaks into carpet or trays, the smell hangs around for a very long time and can be a fire risk.

Turn the vehicle off ✅
Put the jerry can on the ground ✅
Fill slowly and watch for spills ✅
