It’s with a heavy heart today we mourn the loss of another great man, John Nicholls.

An original G&M Autos customer, Johnny was Geoff’s best mate since high school, teenage lads that enjoyed many aspects of life together.

A keen Collingwood supporter, there were many nights spent at the workshop betting on football between Collingwood & Hawthorn, having a yarn, telling stories & enjoying a beer or two.

Our thoughts go out to Lesley, Craig and their families during this difficult time.

48 years. Two generations. One Box Hill North workshop.

GMG was opened by Geoff back in 1976, and for Gav, the workshop has always felt like home. Growing up around the tools, the customers, and the day-to-day work, he learned early that trust is earned through honesty and consistency.

In 2007, Gav and Bec took over the business and have continued the same approach ever since, same family, same standards, same local workshop.
