TTT Values Champion - August

This month’s winner has really demonstrated what our TEAM, TRUST and THRIVE values are all about.

TEAM - They’ve really stepped up when the manager has been away, helping to organise the department and making sure things keep moving.
They communicate well with the workshop, jump in when needed and are also starting to share their knowledge and help teach others.

TRUST - They follow things up, communicate well and take responsibility. If something gets missed, they don’t ignore it they follow it up, make it right and keep moving forward. They also provide great customer service and can be relied on to get things done.

THRIVE - They’re keen to learn, improve and have a go. They’re bringing new ideas, showing some great leadership skills and aren’t afraid to step outside their comfort zone. It’s great to see that growth and willingness to keep getting better.

We are seeking expressions of interest from motivated and skilled Light Vehicle and Heavy Vehicle Technicians to join our team.

Whether you are a 4th-year apprentice looking to take the next step in your career or a fully qualified technician seeking a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

Experience in either the light vehicle or heavy vehicle industry will be considered. This is an opportunity to broaden your skills and gain valuable experience working in an established on-highway truck and trailer repair facility, with a varied range of vehicles, equipment and challenging mechanical work.

We are looking for people who:

• Take pride in the quality of their workmanship
• Have a strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Blaze has joined us from Loxton as a Trades Assistant, with the goal of commencing a Heavy Vehicle Apprenticeship in 2027 as part of our TTT Apprenticeship Program.

Coming from a strong transport and farming background, Blaze has already hit the ground running. His great work ethic, willingness to learn and eagerness to get involved have given him a great start with the team.

We’re looking forward to helping Blaze build his skills and knowledge over the coming months as he prepares to take the next step into his apprenticeship.

Donna - 25 Years of Service to TTT 🎉

Today we celebrate Donna on an incredible 25 years of service with Tatiara Truck & Trailers.

Donna joined the team in 2001, travelling from Keith with previous experience in the automotive industry. She started as our Service Clerk, checking in trucks and processing repair orders.

Over the years, Donna has taken on many roles as both she and the business have grown. From managing accounts, debtors and creditors, to a stint in warranty, to leading our IT systems and software upgrades, she has continually embraced new challenges. Donna also completed further studies completing Cert 4 in Information Technology to support this evolving role.

Donna was instrumental in establishing our online presence, launching our Facebook and Instagram pages, Website, eBay store and online shop.

Today, Donna supports our team in Human Resources, co-ordinating staff training, new staff inductions and work experience placements and assisting with staff management.

Across the 25 years, Donna has played a significant role in the growth of Tatiara Truck & Trailers. Her dedication, adaptability and wealth of knowledge continue to be an invaluable asset to our business.

Congratulations on this amazing milestone, Donna and thank you for 25 years of commitment to Tatiara Truck & Trailers!
