So my workload on the jz platform has consistently grown in the last couple of years, so I've decided to actually start a business name and page to see where it goes!

Another one out the door! We recently completed the work on this x100 😍 we carried out the following

* Replaced all studs with arp extended items
* Replaced rear wheel bearings
* Replaced drive shaft boots
* Replaced lower ball joints
* Replaced tension arm bushes in the hub
* Rebuilt power steering pump
* Replaced clutch master
* Replaced rear upper control arms with Ikeya formula items

Such a blessing to be able to work on cars like this, very keen to see the next stage of this car 😉

Recently had this clean Evo in for a major service we carried out the following

* Replaced timing belt & water pump with all genuine items
* Replaced intake fuel filter
* Replaced brakes all round with dba rotors and dixel pads
* Replaced brake lines with good ridge braided lines
* Replaced engine oil and transmission oil
* Replaced spark plugs
* Replaced rocker cover gasket

Now’s she’s good for at least another 100###kms 💪🏼💪🏼

Another cool build out the door 💪🏼 this one is definitely a very special one and haven’t worked on many yet! Customer installed the turbo kit prior to bringing it up, we carried out the following

* Installed new haltech nexus s3 with keypad
* House of Jz sensor package
* Converted to dbw
* Fuel system upgrade to suit e85
* Made new cooler pipes to suit
* Welded in diff collar and installed 2 new genuine bushes
* Installed handbrake assembly

Once everything was done we sent it off to be tuned now everyone knows these motors are very hit or miss 😅 so we were very curious with how we applied the boost but it pumped out a healthy 248kw @ 13 psi on 98 and 278kw @ 13psi on e85 very good numbers for a roller dyno

Recently finished another big build on this jza80 🥰 This one came to us with just a fully built motor and a r154 installed so we carried out the following

* Installed new gen 2 precision 6466 along with 6boost manifold and 50mm gate
* Installed new plasmaman intake and 3” intercooler
* Fabricated new clamped cooler piping using taarks clamps
* Fabricated new full 3.5” stainless exhaust along with hidden screamer pipe also installed aes dump valve we tucked it up as high as possible for maximum ground clearance
* Installed new high speed engineering billet oil pump gears w/backing plate
* Installed radium fuel pump hanger with twin walbro 525’s also used there fuel lines to suit
* Made new Speedflow radiator hoses in -20
* Installed new haltech wiring harness and wired in our sensor package including drive by wire also wired in aes dump valve into the haltech to be able to switch it on and off via the keypad
* Wired in ic7
* Installed new radium dual canister catch can and plumbed into intake pipe
* Mounted new oil filter relocation kit and fabricated new oil cooler mounted to suit the Fenix cooler, plumbed with Speedflow fittings
* Replaced steering rack boots with genuine items and carried out a string alignment
* Had the manifold, dump, screamer pipe and intercooler pipes all ceramic coated black 💪🏼

Once everything was installed I calibrated sensors, once the base map was sorted we got it tuned down at dvs tuning where it made a comfy 382kw on 98 at about 15psi and 530kw on e85 at 27 psi we opted to have boost hit later in the revs due to the r154 is probably going to hate life if it came on hard 😅😅 definitely more then enough for the customer to enjoy as the car has been off the road for 3years now

Recently had this clean x110 in we carried out the following

* Auto to manual conversion with all genuine parts used
* Replaced diff bushes
* Addressed engine noise

Night and day how much better it drives now

Recently had this clean blit in for the following work

* Supply and fitted new shockworks coilovers
* Supply and fitted new dba pads and rotors all round
* Supply and fitted new hpi braided brake lines, carried out a brake fluid flush
* Installed new pwr front mount intercooler from golbeys
* Installed new serial 9 diff bushes

Once everything was fitted we got his new wheels installed and carried out a string alignment to get it all sitting perfect, the more I looked at this once it was done the more I loved it

* Replaced brake lines with new braided lines and carried out a brake fluid flush

Used all genuine parts where we could apart from the braided lines

Recently finished on this clean x100 we carried out the following

* Braced rear subframe with the project aero kit
* Had the diff rebuild with new crown and pinion all new seals and also installed new trd 2way
* Replaced rear diff bushes
* Replaced rear toe and control arms with gktech adjustable arms
* Carried out string alignment
* Removed cylinder head and got the head serviced
* Installed new kelford 260 cams along with new kelford springs and ti retainers
* Installed new arp head studs
* Installed new fuel pressure sensor and oil pressure/temp
* Carried out 12v mod to fuel pump hanger
* Carried out a service and replaced spark plugs

This one already runs a haltech elite 2000 with a custom loom so we carried out a road tune as it’s still running the factory turbo once we upgrade that down the track we will get it tuned so stay tuned for updates
