Recently finished another big build on this jza80 🥰 This one came to us with just a fully built motor and a r154 installed so we carried out the following
* Installed new gen 2 precision 6466 along with 6boost manifold and 50mm gate
* Installed new plasmaman intake and 3” intercooler
* Fabricated new clamped cooler piping using taarks clamps
* Fabricated new full 3.5” stainless exhaust along with hidden screamer pipe also installed aes dump valve we tucked it up as high as possible for maximum ground clearance
* Installed new high speed engineering billet oil pump gears w/backing plate
* Installed radium fuel pump hanger with twin walbro 525’s also used there fuel lines to suit
* Made new Speedflow radiator hoses in -20
* Installed new haltech wiring harness and wired in our sensor package including drive by wire also wired in aes dump valve into the haltech to be able to switch it on and off via the keypad
* Wired in ic7
* Installed new radium dual canister catch can and plumbed into intake pipe
* Mounted new oil filter relocation kit and fabricated new oil cooler mounted to suit the Fenix cooler, plumbed with Speedflow fittings
* Replaced steering rack boots with genuine items and carried out a string alignment
* Had the manifold, dump, screamer pipe and intercooler pipes all ceramic coated black 💪🏼
Once everything was installed I calibrated sensors, once the base map was sorted we got it tuned down at dvs tuning where it made a comfy 382kw on 98 at about 15psi and 530kw on e85 at 27 psi we opted to have boost hit later in the revs due to the r154 is probably going to hate life if it came on hard 😅😅 definitely more then enough for the customer to enjoy as the car has been off the road for 3years now
