Just a quick shout out to anyone who has been trying to get a hold of me. Due to the unprecedented amount of jobs that have come in since the December hail storm, I'll only be available for calls after 5pm daily. Please just message me during business hours and I'll get back to you later that day.

Anyone with insurance claims that have been sent through I assure you I'm making my way through them and will get to yours asap. I've received well over 500 jobs since the storm and there are only so many hours in the day, and unless you're happy with 11pm phone calls (very sarcastic) please just be patient.

Exactly why the industry needs a shake up. A MAJOR company with equivalent shops here in Australia failed to inform the customer of the dangers. Don't become a number is someone's system. Use local. Use personal.

Class Auto Glass will only ever fit genuine original equipment to cars with ADAS technology. We do not disconnect the camera from the loom to minimize the risk of issues as in the article. But we will inform you of the need to recalibrate the glass.

A Newfoundland man learned the hard way that cars with advanced driver-assistance systems should have the system's cameras recalibrated after a windshield replacement.

X4 front glass replacement. The glass goes so far under the bonnet that the majors will expect you to take it to them and say it is a 2 person job, and charge accordingly. Not Class Auto Glass. Skilled technicians trained with the fitting system can get it done for you. @ Redfern, New South Wales

with a water leak with all the rain about. Was a problem waiting to happen after a screen had been fitted to it and either the primer was not correct or not dried. Has filled a module with water. Lucky it has been repaired. @ North Bondi
