CQ Vapour Blasting is a family owned business Located at Boyne Island QLD. Our primary focus is restoring Motorcycle & Car Engine parts however if your item is made from Aluminium, Stainless, Magnesium, Titanium, Brass, Bronze or Copper and it fits in our machine we can restore and bring back to life just about anything. The machine we use is Australia's first Barracuda 1250 from RS Treatments in

the U.K. The internal dimensions are 1250x980x1000. We primarily use a high quality 100-200 micron spherical glass bead as our media which brings up a beautiful finish on all parts. Our process is extremely gentle and it will not damage any surfaces or take off any parent metal from the work piece. It is so gentle that silicone you can scrape off by hand will not be removed when blasted, so this and paint has to be removed prior to blasting. Saying that, it will remove light paint such as that applied with a rattle can. We pride ourselves in quality and will not rush so if the job time goes over whats quoted then that is on us.
