💛 R U OK? Day 2026 💛

Today at Ja-max, there was a little extra yellow around the workshop — and a little extra reminder to check in on the people we work beside every day. 💛

We spend a huge part of our lives at work, and our workmates often become the people who see us through the good days, the stressful days, the crazy days and everything in between.

So today, our team received a little surprise — some special R U OK? Day boxes filled with treats, a few laughs and little reminders that sometimes the simplest things can brighten someone’s day. 💛

Of course, Jason and a couple of the crew also got into the spirit with their splash of yellow! 😂💛

R U OK? Day is a great reminder that you don’t need to be an expert to check in with someone. Sometimes it’s simply noticing when someone isn’t quite themselves and taking the time to genuinely ask:

“Are you OK?”

And most importantly… being ready to listen to the answer.

Here’s to looking out for our workmates, checking in on each other and creating workplaces where people know they matter — not just today, but every day. 💛

50 years young and still going strong… although the back might tell a different story after a day in the workshop! 😂
