NICE B***Y 😉😉

We take a lot of pride in all of our work but we particularly enjoy building diffs.
Here are some more detailed pics of the diff we built for Isaac’s XY.

We can build you a nice 9 inch conversion diff, a top of the line sheetmetal diff and everything in between.

RED ROCKET ALMOST READY FOR LIFT OFF! 🚗💨

Isaac’s tough as nails XY being built by Jason at Mansweto Racing is almost complete!
We are proud to be associated with this car and looking forward to the next stage of testing and tuning at the race track.
Work we have completed:

- Option 10 Windback sunroof ✅
- 6 point chro moly cage, through dash. removable intrusion bars ✅
- Complete Diff, braced, chro moly tubes, 40 spline MW axles, strange alloy spooled centre, brake lines ✅
- Gazzard Brothers anti roll bar mounted in the boot area. ✅

Thank you to Steve from Panel Worx Group for the beautiful prep and paint work on the roof. Daniel Sultana for the awesome job on the roof lining.

Time to unleash this baby and see how it can dance on a little tyre.

THUNDER DOWN UNDER!

A super cool job we completed earlier this year for our good friend Brad. Brad is always there to offer help and advice to anyone.
He has a love and passion for Ford Muscle beyond words and Thunder Bolt Fairlanes are at the top of his list..
We planned this for a long time and it was great to finally get it done for him.
- Round Shoulder tubs
- Inboard Gazzard Mono leafs
- Gazzard anti roll bar
- New boot floors
- Parachute mount
- Chassis bracing
- Adjustable ride height spring mounts

We used an OE round back diff housings to stick with the thunderbolt theme and with all the fancy tin work we see these days, we chose to stick to a basic bead rolled look that will look like an original rubber boot mat once it’s painted.

With a healthy BBF up front and original 60 year old paint work, this is going be one tuff and classy car.

One of our favourites and can’t wait to see it on the road. 👌👌

CRAZXY HITS THE STRIP DEEP IN TO THE 9’s!

Grudge Kings 2024 saw the racing debut of Adam’s revamped CRAZXY. To say we are happy and proud is an understatement!
9.63@138mph for a 3550lb N/A street car is tuff no matter how you look at it.
First time out with the new combo, and Adam’s first time back at the track for years. We literally didn’t lay a spanner on the car all day, just add fuel and run.

- Two time Summernats top 60 over 15 years appart.

- Two time Street machine feature car

- Plenty of street miles and straight up mid 9 sec passes.

This car is a true all rounder. With a few engine and suspension tweaks to go, there is more to come for this one before the little blue bottle is activated for a bit of fun 🍼 🍼

GSR8 PREPARATION & MAINTENANCE.

We spent a couple of days this week carrying out some maintenance and checks on this beauty.

- Oils and fluids ✅
- New rotors front and rear ✅
- Fresh pads ✅
- Diff ratio change ✅
- spanner check ✅

All done and heading to a cool event.

GSR GROUP A SIERRA GSR2 IN THE HOUSE.

In recent times we had the pleasure of working on the last of the Group A Ford Sierras to come out of Glenn Seton Racing.
We were entrusted by Chris and the crew from ABC Tyrepower and mechanical on behalf of the current owner to fabricate an alloy fuel tank to replace the original fuel bladder which was old, brittle and leaking.
We utilised the original pump mounts and fue pots from the bladder and adapted them to the new set up.

We are quite proud of finished product which once installed appears the same as the original bladder set up.

TWO IS A COUPLE….. THREE IS A CROWD?? 😉😉

We definitely don’t think so!!
Pro Street Metalcraft is well represented in the Top 60 hall at Summernats 35 with a trio of beautiful Falcons.
Each one has its own style and build philosophy and between them all they have achieved many accolades.
What they all have in common is they are all super tough, genuinely street driven and raced.

We are super proud to be associated with each one of them and wish them all the best at Summernats 35.

Contrary to belief, we do work on other cars besides XW/XY Falcons…. 😂 We just have a soft spot for them!
A REALLY big one! 😉😉

The little CRAZXY team are over the moon to have plucked a spot on the Summernats 35 top 60 Hall! The opportunity to display this car along side some of the best cars in the country is a great achievement.

PRO STREET #001 MAKES A COME BACK!

Previously SHY071, Adam’s beautiful XY has undergone a significant facelift and is back with vengeance! Originally built almost 20 years ago, it was the very first car completed by Pro Street Metalcraft.

It has undergone big updates and styling changes and looks better than ever.

- 4 link suspension
