New AGCO Online Support for Farmers
AGCO has introduced a new online Service and Information website designed to give farmers easier access to important machine information and aftersales support. The site can be accessed from a computer, smartphone or tablet and allows customers to self-register in just a few steps.
Once registered, users can add their machines to a Fleet Overview, keeping information for multiple machines together in one convenient location.
Through the website, customers can access:
Operator manuals – download up-to-date machine manuals whenever they are needed.
Warranty information – check warranty coverage and status for registered machines.
Product Support Programs (PSPs) – see available AGCO support programs and recommended actions that may apply to a machine.
Diagnostic Trouble Codes – look up fault codes to better understand machine issues and assist with faster troubleshooting.
How-to videos – access step-by-step information covering operation, maintenance and repair tasks.
Dealer Locator – quickly locate and contact an authorised AGCO dealer when further assistance is required.
For BMAS customers, it is another useful tool to help keep important machine information at your fingertips and potentially resolve simple questions quickly in the paddock.
Need a hand getting set up or still need technical support? Contact the BMAS team on 07 4992 5332 – we’re always happy to help.

Callide Valley Croppers. What a disappointing season. However, there are some quite respectable dryland crops around the district, and the irrigated areas are looking great. Most crops are fast approaching maturity, so here’s hoping the weather can remain favourable for harvest., If you have a respectable crop please consider entering into the 2027 Field Crop Competition.
If you’re growing irrigated Lucerne or Hay / Grazing crops, it may be worth looking at them before the weather turns too hot and insect and w**d pressures increase.

Crop Entry Forms can be found on the Callide Valley Show website and a link will be in the comments. All the best! Callide Valley Show
