Boske Group of Companies is growing, and we’re currently recruiting for a permanent role based at our modern Berrinba facility.

Operating a transport and logistics business with 80+ vehicles across four depots, we offer stable, long-term opportunities within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Administration Officer – HR

This full-time role combines general administration with hands-on fleet maintenance coordination. You’ll play a key role in keeping our vehicles compliant, serviced, and operational across Queensland, working closely with our on-site mechanic, depot teams, and operations staff.
Ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and being at the centre of a busy transport operation.

Key Responsibilities;
Answering phones and providing professional customer service
Data entry and compliance document management
Supporting HR and recruitment
Staff onboarding and induction organisation
HRIS system management
Providing administrative support to Operations and Executive teams

Managing fleet maintenance activities, including:
Coordinating servicing, repairs, and inspections
Scheduling vehicles across multiple QLD depots
Liaising with depot staff and mechanics to minimise downtime
Ensuring fleet maintenance and compliance records are up to date
Filing and general office duties
Liaising with offshore support teams

What We’re Looking For;
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Fleet maintenance, transport, or logistics experience highly advantageous
Employment Hero knowledge highly advantageous
Strong organisation, communication, and coordination skills
Proactive, reliable, and professional approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available Monday to Friday
Own reliable transport

Time for my baby to go to a new home in two weeks, one more formal to do then it goes up for sale. Sure going to miss my C10, will miss the sound, miss the grunt and miss the coolness.

Too many extras to list but a general overview, full alloy 406 cube SBC race engine (1000hp depending on fuel used), T350 race spec transmission, 4 link 9” rear end, electric power steering, Dakota digital dash and wiring, tubbed, double bead lock rims. Engine only driven 3 hours since original build.

So if you know anyone with $115k thereabouts, then hit me up and no I won’t take you for a joy ride 🫣😃🤷‍♂️
