We're currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a vehicle detailer. As a vehicle detailer you will play a vital role in our team, ensuring all vehicles are presented back to our customers vehicles clean.
Your key responsibilities include:
- carrying out vehicle detail (interior & exterior) post repair
- polishing & paint correction
- assisting workshop with general duties
- maintain a clean & tidy work environment

Our workshop is a fast-paced environment so our ideal candidate would be reliable, hardworking and motivated. A current Australian drivers licence is a must.

Paint Trades Assistant Position Vacant

Looking for a reliable hard working person to join our team as an automotive refinisher trades assistant. Duties would include:
• assisting paint shop in day to day operations as required
• assisting in preparation and prime of vehicle/panels
• assising with maintenance of vehicle spray booths and equipment
• following directions of tradesperson and management as required
• assisting the detailing department as required

This position is a full time position and has the potential to turn into an automotive spray painting apprenticeship for the right applicant.

This is Carlos. He is an automotive apprentice with Al's Panel Shop and has been supported through our successful Mentoring Program. Of the 99 program participants, 98 are still enrolled in their apprenticeship, significantly higher than the historical average completion rate.

The MTA NT Mentoring Program, supported by the Northern Territory Government, is providing automotive apprentices with the support and confidence to finish their trade and ultimately help alleviate skills shortages.

Early intervention, particularly in the crucial first year of an apprenticeship, has proved to be a game changer – and we have seen similar success through our equivalent South Australian initiative.

As of Monday the 10th of January we will be reimplementing our contactless drop off and pick up service. We ask that all customers dropping off and picking up utilise the drop box located to the left hand side of the office door, please also remember to check in.
We will also be doing contactless quotes for the foreseeable future to minimise contact with the public. If you require a quote from us please contact our office to arrange this at your convince. Office staff will be able to walk you through the process and book a suitable time.
Our office is open if you have any questions or queries that cannot be answered on a phone call. We ask that before you enter the office you check in using the QR code on the front door and wear your mask.
