After much thought, I have made the difficult decision to close the doors of E.K.I. Automotive, effective immediately.

Since opening in 2011, it has been an absolute privilege to serve this community and look after your vehicles. What started as a small business became so much more than just a workshop. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet incredible people, build lasting friendships, and earn the trust and loyalty of customers who became part of the E.K.I. family.

To every customer who supported the business, recommended us to friends and family, or simply trusted us with their vehicle – thank you. Your support over the past 15 years has meant more than I can ever put into words.

This decision has not been an easy one, but it is the right time for me to step away and focus on the next chapter. Over the coming months, I will be taking some time to travel with my family and continue supporting causes that are close to my heart, including the Cancer Council through my involvement with the Sh*tbox Rally.

While the future is still taking shape, one thing I know for certain is that I won’t lose my passion for the automotive industry. I look forward to seeing where the road leads next.

Thank you for allowing E.K.I. Automotive to be part of your lives for so many years. I will always be grateful for the memories, friendships, and support that made this journey possible.

As one chapter closes, another begins.

As most are aware I do the Sh*tbox Rally for Cancer Council Australia, the shop will be closed from June 18th till July 9th as I battle the Aussie outback from Perth to Darwin in our trusty Camry going up the Gibbs river road then checking out Uluru on the way home.

We are doing the Sh*tBox Rally again in June 2025 for Cancer Council Australia.
To help with fund raising this time I’m going to have our Cash box for donations on the desk aswell as add $5 from every invoice between now and June (this is optional and can be taken off)
I will also share our WeGive page if anyone would like to help me get to my $10,000 goal mark
