With a little bit of a difference
This kit contains
Factory Air conditioning
Factory power steering
AND NO HOLES IN THE CAR.
Actually the only non factory thing needed is heater hose relocation and slim line thermo fan.

We start with our pro series manifolds true 3 into 1 merged steam pipe construction
Flowing into 2 pulsar 660hp 5449g mirror turbos. This setup goibg on street car and manual so we choose a bit smaller turbo. Fully boll on upgradable to pulsars bigger brother 900hp 6262g turbo still in mirror setup.
With twin 45mm turbosmart gates controlling boost and plumbed back into dump pipe for true street application.
Then with the drivers side 3" dump pipe running into the passenger side dump pipe sized at 3.5" and continuing at 3.5" down and out of the engine bay with a slip fit lower section ready to be blended to customers exhaust.
After that compressed gets sucked through our custom pod filter attachment air flows from the twin 2" outlets into a 3" pipe into the 600x300x100mm intercooler then up into the engines bay into our custom reverse throttle body setup.
Along with intercooler brackets and coil relocation brackets included in our kits.

Well here is our zero body cutting turbo kit to suit vt - vy ls1 ls2 ls3 hsv range.

We have design this kit for zero body cutting.
Cooler piping and size clears all factory components.
Our pro series 4 into 1 manifolds
Pulsar g42-1450 turbo
Turbosmart 50mm gate under car ( or on top custoner choice )
4" dump pipe that bolts directly to cat back systems
Our custom header tank relocation setup allowing factory radiator to be used.
Car mods required
Ecu relocation
Power steering cooler lines rerouted
Front reo supported trimmed for cooler ( bolt on component to car )
Ac lines tweaked at firewall and p clip to inner gaurd.

Here's some updated pictures of our VT - VZ manifolds on our display engine. Full steam pipe construction with 1.5" sch40 40nb primary pipes and 2" sch40 50nb crossover piping. These come complete with fire ring v band and an internally sleeved flex bellow and either wastegate on crossover or at just below turbo fl**ge.
Full clearance of factory power steering and alternator and air-conditioning pump and lines.
We can build these to suit
g42-45 T4 or vband entry
T6 borgy 1.32 an 1.15 (with that big rear v band exit to clear factory power steer pump )

Its been a huge year so far and so much more to come. We are working behind the scenes setting up stuff and looking foward to releasing a few more products this year including the ve/vf range of turbo manifolds / kits and a full range of our products ready to go on the shelf.

BOLT ON NO CUTTING TO THE BODY OF CAR.

These kits are supplied with a pulsar sxe366 onwards upto the big sxe372 which a dual ceramic roller bearing turbos with billet front wheel
A 50mm turbosmart wastegate with 2" screamer pipe.
3.5" dump pipe finishing next to gearbox ( can be built to factory cat back fl**ge )
Custom Reverse throttle body BOLT ON plenum which retains factory throttle body and cables.
600 x 300 x 75mm bar and plate intercooler with custom brackets for direct bolt up application
Custom cooler piping with joiners and t bolt clamps which requires ZERO cutting of the body of car.
Coil pack relocation bracket.
