This is how many panels for a standard Harley CVO seat. They all need to be perfectly cut & sewn together. This takes time and patience to get it correct. Let alone foam replacement & reshaping for the rider, then there is the fitting.
On some of the older restorations metal repair fabrication is sometimes required & all is done in house.
With over 40 years experience and an absolute passion for my craft, I use only the most premium quality materials.
