A small privately owned Aircraft added SMT2 into it's Engine Oil and achieved 27% better fuel economy !
A UD Truck running 6400km up to Darwin and return had a similar economy reduction on it's first journey after adding SMT2 to the Engine Oil, with a 27.7% resultant fuel saving ! That's over $8000.00 / Year or $585.00 in one trip.
Last week the World Championship Chainsaw Race was won by a Chainsaw which was treated with SMT2.
A Ssangyong running a Mercedes Diesel Engine put a bottle of SMT2 into the Engine Oil { which was previously treated using Bi-Tron Anti friction Metal Treatment } and saw amazing results. Before application of SMT2 the Decibels were @ 117 and after only 6 Km running with the SMT2 added the Decibels fell to 104.
His fuel economy using SMT2 in the Engine, Auto Transmission and Differential became 27% lower and went to 31% improvement when he put 1ml per 1 Litre into his Diesel Fuel Tank.
So he says thousands of $$$s have been saved over the 40,000km he has travelled since the addition of SMT2 to his 4WD, and at last check his Decibels now 89Db
A Dragster V8 Engine was producing 1098 HP on the Dyno and SMT2 was added to the most expensive Synthetic Engine Oil imported from America, after giving it 2 revs [ rev rev ] the Dyno Test reported 1105 HP which was achieved in less than 1 minute from application. His next 4 starts were his fastest ever !
The above are from Testimonials which we will share on request !

SMT2 is a Synthetic Anti-friction Metal Treatment ! This Synthetic fluid which is the opposite to Fe, is added into Oils to increase resistance to wear and therefore can reduce friction between metal components that move against each other.
One characteristic of SMT2 is the fact that it forms a layer of SMT2 molecules at the Fe load zones and as heat and load occur
it's molecules are forced into the surfaces. This molecular barrier forms a diamond like shield of molecules against wear. We have seen this when PPM reports indicated Fe levels were up to 10 times less with SMT2, this was reported when SMT2 was added to new Hub Oil at 10% ratio and the trend over time compared.
A second characteristic of SMT2 is that the addition of SMT2 into oil that has Fe levels {at say 100 PPM} will act like Pac Man as it migrates through the oil to load zones capturing the smaller Fe particles. As the SMT2 arrives into the load zones it re-unite these captured particles with the austerities and flaws in the metal surfaces. In fact it uses these captured Fe particles to form a metal hydride boundary layer, these boundary layers formed by SMT2 have a lamellar molecular structure with "easy shear" characteristics that ensure extremely low levels of boundary friction between surfaces. SMT2 affects Fe metals at the molecular level, forming an electro chemical covalent bond of loose, pure, ferrous iron and SMT2 molecules
In fact SMT2 is a highly efficient way to reduce surface damage between moving parts and much to our surprise have also seen both Bronze surfaces and even Tungsten Carbide benefit wearwise when SMT2 was introduced into these working surfaces. The effect on chainsaw chains is remarkable as it seems SMT2 performs Liquid Metal Hardening of these cutting edges and as the working temperature at the point of contact is lower the tempering effect is less thus maintaining the Rockwell C value of the cutting edges, this is also seen when SMT2 is used on HSS Drills and as a pre-lubricant on Roller and Ball Bearings.
If SMT2 were added to your current oil it would migrate out of circulation attaching itself to Fe surface and act as a barrier between load zones integrating with surfaces to prevent damage. The SMT2 would use the floating Fe particles as a filler to actually repair damaged gear teeth and bearing load zones achieving a more uniform load surface, this will minimise resistance of the oil wedge flow and lower localised temperatures. Also the SMT2 would act as a thin shield of molecules with very high diamond like resistance to future wear. SMT2 is effective when added to new oil, used oil and even when added to water, both clean and muddy inside gearboxes. Some Abattoirs have a mix of Meatmeal, Bones, Water, Detergent and Gearoil in Gearboxes and the introduction of SMT2 into these environments creates the benefits aforementioned, despite the contamination.
