Adelaide Supercars Grand Final… what a ride.
We rolled in for the Penrite All Stars of Drift alongside , the week had other plans for us.

Thursday: Engine dropped a valve, Unrepairable with the timeframe we had.

No time to complain, no time to sleep, just spanners, problem solving and pure determination. At 1am Saturday a new engine was delievered from Brisbane and was fitted into the car. A few hours later we were back at the track, 8am, tuning from the passenger seat while Daigo sent it straight out of the pits.

These moments remind you why we do this. The chaos, the pressure, the team that doesn’t back down.

What a week!
This JZX90 Mark II landed here Monday afternoon, just a bare shell and an engine block on a pallet.

From there it was all hands on deck.
The crew worked around the clock to get the car built, tuned and ready in time.

By 7 am Friday, it was on the dyno getting its final run
And only a few hours later… it rolled out at for
