🦠TB48 Manual swap 🦠

• The answer is yes, you can manual swap these without 4.8 parts!
• Why may you do this? The 4.8 gearbox and associated parts are harder and harder to source and usually have a hefty price tag, Aswell as lot of people want the better performance from a manual, fuel economy, to rid any expensive Re5 Transmission repairs, and the patrol boxes are proven to be tough!

• All Auto parts such as ECU, Dash cluster, Throttlebody, Engine loom have been retained, although TCM and auto loom have been deleted out of the car.
Coupled with Basic conversion electrics take place to create a manual gearbox/ Transfer case loom, Reverse lights switch input, P/N inhibitor bypassing, CanBus lines resistors & Cruise control modifications to all be functioning as per should.

• 6R80 Ford ranger transmission lead frame replacement due to a faulty transmission output shaft speed fault causing a random limp mode status.

• Alongside with a transmission thermostat bypass valve to rid the common under performing cooling to help with its lifespan!
