Why We Won’t Be at This Year’s Melbourne Show

After almost 35 years of attending the Melbourne Caravan & Camping Show, this will be the first year Melbourne RV Centre won’t be exhibiting.

It certainly wasn’t an easy decision.

With Sunliner undertaking a complete MY26 update across the entire motorhome range, we made the call not to display outgoing, lower-spec models while the new generation is rolling into production. The MY26 upgrades represent a significant step forward in features, technology and overall touring capability — and we want the range on display to truly reflect that.

With the show falling so early in the year and the MY26 range only just being released, there simply hasn’t been enough time to build sufficient stock units to properly showcase the new specification on display.

At the same time, the response to the MY26 specification release at MY23 pricing has been incredible. Customer orders have been strong, and our priority has been keeping those builds moving through production. As a result, our stock units have been pushed further back in the schedule.

While we’re disappointed not to be part of the show this year, please know this decision reflects growth, demand, and a major product evolution — not the opposite.

We are stronger than ever, and the Sunliner MY26 range is one of the most significant updates we’ve seen in years.
