🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers with a warm, professional attitude
Check in vehicles for service and repairs, ensuring accurate data entry
Maintain up-to-date records using MYOB and Service M8 for invoicing and payments
Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently
Assist with general office duties, filing, and customer correspondence
Liaise with technicians and management to ensure smooth workflow
✅ What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative role (motor industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both in person and over the phone
Confidence using MYOB and general office software
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
A team player with a friendly, can-do attitude
