Comprising living area to front, shower and horse area with tack box and overhead storage. Externally we fitted an awning for shelter. For those that have been looking at an insulated van body to carry chilled food, then this gives you an idea of how we start the process. Firstly we build the steel frame and fit steel sheet/checker to the floor, then we turn upside down and fill all the area with an insulation product, in this case 50mm polystyrene. On top of this we will fit a waterproof and stone chip ABS plastic. As the sides go up I will post again to show the next steps.
