Cruiser standard: Looks unreal.

Cruiser reality: Needs a bit more iron up front before taking on the local kangaroo union.

Brought this super tidy 300 Series into the shop for a proper protection upgrade. We fitted a colour-coded bull bar to match the paintwork—because who says off-road gear can't look clean as a whistle?—and bolted up a set of massive 9-inch driving lights to turn night into day out on the tracks.

Now it’s properly prepped for the highway, the bush, and everything in between. Absolute touring perfection!

Two V8 79s walked into a workshop…

Safe to say the workshop soundtrack this week was pure V8 rumble and pure perfection. We got to play around with these twin 79s—literally the last of a dying breed!

Dual Cab: Lifted right up and fitted with electric sidesteps so you can climb in without pulling a hamstring.

Single Cab: Lifted thanks to the legends at Outback Armour, sitting pretty and waiting on the rest of its build.

If you see this rig driving around Ballina looking a little too clean, please gently remind the owner that it is now legally obligated to go get muddy.

The owner drove this one straight from the dealership showroom directly to our workshop, choosing to bypass the "shiny new car" phase entirely. Wise choice.

We immediately got to work bolting on a TJM bullbar and matching TJM sidesteps to handle the bush, a Rhino-Rack platform for all the gear they probably forgot to pack, a GME UHF radio to call for help when they inevitably get stuck, and a combination of STEDI driving lights and a lightbar that are bright enough to signal alien life.

It is officially built for adventure, meaning the driver now has absolutely no excuses left.
