Our new FTM throttle bracket kit will soon be available to purchase on the website. Our kit allows for clearance when running forward facing elbows like Fabwitz Industries, even with the original efi engine cover fitted.

The laser cut brackets will be zinc coated for a factory look.

One cast boss on the manifold will need to be trimmed down slightly.

This is the final piece to the puzzle when converting an fte, and can now be offered along with our in-house built pumps and hi flow injectors.

We have had many questions regarding our Fluidampr balancer for the TD42.

The Td42, like many other engines, uses a rubber bonded harmonic balancer from factory. These are designed and tuned to a specific rpm for the engine.
The problem being, as soon as that engine is modified or rebuilt using a different piston/ conrod, compression ratio, larger pump or turbo, higher power output, increased cylinder pressure etc, these balancers are not as effective at reducing torsional vibration and harmonics.

The fluidampr is a broad range damper that does not need tuning.
It has an internal inertia ring surrounded by a viscous fluid, inside a tight tolerance outer casing. The inertia ring moves back and forth, sheering the viscous fluid, converting vibration energy into heat. The heat is then dissipated through the outer housing and is able to withstand much higher temperatures which is increased with engine modifications.

This is the reason many large and high output engines are fitted with viscous balancers from factory, including some the cummins 6.7 and even some Lamborghini's and Audi's.
Fluidampr is made in the USA and is a world leader in supplying balancers for the oem and performance applications.

Our Td42 balancers still retain the factory taperlock design for correct fitment.

We are currently taking pre-orders for a run of 10 balancers. Spots filling up fast.

To get your name in for preorder please get in touch via email or send us a message. A $500 deposit is required to secure your balancer and the remaining $1700 to be paid upon completion. ($2200 total plus freight to you)

Due to the increased interest in the TD42 Fluidampr balancer we are going to do another run of 10 balancers on a pre-order basis.
Depending on numbers, we may do another run. At this stage, it's limited to 10 balancers.
$500 deposit to get your name on the list. Upon completion remaining price will be $1700. ($2200 total plus freight)
Balancers will be ready approx 3 weeks after pre-orders are filled.
