Every bottle at Itinerant Spirits begins right here in our distillery, where local ingredients, patience and craftsmanship come together to create spirits worth sharing.

Our Vansetter Vodka and Whiskey are crafted using premium Western Victorian grain, malted at Joe White Maltings in Ballarat. All our spirits are proofed with volcanic spring water sourced from Millbrook, just 20 minutes from the distillery, giving every spirit a true sense of place.

From the clean character of Vansetter Vodka, to the bold botanicals of Gallivanter Gin and our whiskey quietly aging to perfection behind the scenes, every stage of the process tells a story.

A winter evening of wild flavours, spirited pours, and truffle-fuelled indulgence brought to life by Itinerant Spirits and Black Cat Truffles.

On Wednesday 2nd July from 6:30pm, you'll begin the night with an Urban Truffle Hunt through the distillery, alongside roaming truffle-infused canapés and cocktails designed to awaken the senses.

Then settle in for a curated two-course dining experience showcasing premium truffles from Liam Downes and the team at Black Cat Truffles, celebrating the richness, depth, and seasonality of one of nature’s most prized ingredients.

For those wanting to explore even further, optional cocktail pairings featuring our award-winning Vansetter Vodka and Gallivanter Gin will carry you through the evening with thoughtfully crafted mocktail pairings also available.
