Spent some time this afternoon doing a commonly overlooked but very important job. Wheel bearings!! 1973 to 1999 Harley-Davidson wheels have tapered roller bearings that require periodic cleaning, re packing and checking/ adjusting for correct bearing end float. This is often set incorrectly and can cause premature bearing wear, poor handling characteristics and possible bearing failure. When were your wheel bearings last serviced???

Just finished up this 86 sporty that came in a very poor state. The customer wanted it tidied up and back on the road, but was also chasing more of a chopper style. After lots of hours and lots of new parts this is the outcome. Looks pretty cool if ya ask me.

Just a few pics from a tuff 107” build we finished up last week for Ash. Lots of measuring, checking and calculating in these jobs. Thanks to Brian at EBT Performance Albury Wodonga for sorting out the dyno tune for us as always.
