A1 Trailers & Trays is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Office Manager to join our busy team in Bairnsdale.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm

🔧 The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Spare parts sales
- Greeting customers and booking trailers in for servicing and repairs
- Preparing repair orders and recording customer concerns
- Liaising with workshop staff and keeping customers updated
- Obtaining customer approval for additional work
- Managing service bookings and schedules
- Processing invoices and trailer handovers
- Building strong, lasting customer relationships
- General office administration

👤 About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, professional and customer-focused
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with customers and staff
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Computer literate
- Positive and reliable
- Experienced in office administration or customer service (preferred, but not essential)
- Holds a current driver's licence

A New Chapter for A1 Trailers & Trays 🙌

At the beginning of this financial year, on July 1st, we — Wes and Miranda Seed — were incredibly honoured to take over the ownership of A1 Trailers & Trays from Andrew and Jayne Nielsen.

After 27 amazing years of owning and operating A1 Trailers, Andrew and Jayne have decided it’s time to retire and begin their next chapter.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrew and Jayne for everything they have built over the past 27 years. A1 Trailers has become a trusted name in the community, and we feel incredibly privileged to be taking over a business with such a strong reputation and history.

We are excited to carry the business forward and build on the foundations Andrew and Jayne have worked so hard to establish.

Our goal is to continue providing the same high level of quality, honest advice and personalised customer service that A1 Trailers has always been known for, while bringing our own ideas, energy and enthusiasm to the business.

We are looking forward to meeting our customers, getting to know the local community and building new relationships along the way.

We would also like to thank Andrew and Jayne for their ongoing support throughout the transition. Their knowledge and experience have been invaluable, and we are grateful to have them helping us as we begin this exciting new journey.

This is goodbye...
After 27 incredible years, the time has come to say goodbye.
As our journey with A1 Trailers comes to a close, there are so many mixed emotions. It's the end of an era, but we're filled with gratitude for the journey we've shared.
To our wonderful staff, loyal customers, trusted suppliers, and the many friends we've made along the way—thank you. Your support, loyalty, and friendship have meant more to us than words can express.
We've been fortunate to be part of this community for so many years, and we'll truly miss the daily interactions, the laughs, and the relationships we've built.
As we hand over the reins, we'd like to wish Wes & Miranda every success. We have every confidence in them and trust they will continue to provide the great service and commitment that A1 Trailers has always stood for.
