ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS & GROUNDSKEEPING/CLEANER – REMOTE COMMUNITY

We are looking for a reliable, organised person or couple to assist with the day-to-day running of accommodation in a remote community.
About the role:
❤️The position will primarily involve accommodation bookings and guest management, including:
🧡Managing accommodation bookings and availability
💛Responding to booking enquiries
💚Checking guests in and out
🩵Communicating with guests before and during their stay
💙Managing reservations and keeping booking records up to date
💜Preparing accommodation for incoming guests
🤎Inspecting rooms and ensuring they are clean and ready
🖤Coordinating cleaning and changeovers
🩶General housekeeping and cleaning when required
🩷Groundskeeping and maintaining outdoor areas
💘General maintenance and presentation of the accommodation
💝Assisting guests with questions and local information
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
✅Organised and reliable
✅Friendly and professional with guests
✅Confident using a computer and booking systems
✅Able to manage bookings and enquiries independently
✅Practical and willing to help with cleaning and groundskeeping
✅Comfortable living and working in a remote community
Couples are encouraged to apply, particularly where both people are happy to contribute to the accommodation and groundskeeping duties.
