Due to continued growth, Holmes Panel & Paint Armadale is looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door. Holmes Panel & Paint is a growing, family-owned business with a reputation for quality workmanship and customer care.

Duties include:
✔ Greeting customers and handling enquiries
✔ Answering and directing phone calls
✔ Booking quotes and appointments
✔ Managing emails and paperwork
✔ Assisting with invoicing and general administration
✔ Supporting our workshop team where required

What we’re looking for:
✔ Excellent customer service skills
✔ Strong computer and organisational skills
✔ Professional presentation and communication
✔ Ability to multitask in a busy environment
✔ Experience in reception or administration preferred (but not essential)

We’re starting to think Panel Be**ers are a mythical species… but just in case they still exist, Holmes Panel & Paint WA in Armadale is looking for one!

Have you seen a Panel Be**er in the wild lately? Better yet, are you one?

We’re looking for:
🔹 A Fully Qualified Panel Be**er or
🔹 A 4th Year Apprentice who knows one end of a hammer from the other

You must be:
✔ Reliable
✔ A team player
✔ Proud of your workmanship
✔ Able to turn up more often than a solar eclipse
