Bockman Batteries was established in David Street in Albury around the 1920’s. Hand making 2, 6, 8 & 12 volt hard rubber batteries for trucks/tractors, cars, radios and house lighting. Offering a fitting and delivery service to Albury and Wodonga which still applies to this day, establishing Bockmans as a house hold name in the local area. Hume street Albury in the 1970’s and although we produced our last hard rubber battery on site in 2002 we still supply the highest grade products at a very competitive price and our customer service is second to none in the Albury/Wodonga, Alpine, Northeast Victoria and Riverina areas. Today we not only supply the highest grade of batteries from the world’s top manufacturers for all the applications, but we also rebuild and replace traction batteries. This can be done on-site or at our Hume street premises.
