Guys please remember to change your fuel filter.
A $30 filter is cheaper then a new fuel system or destroying an engine

1HZ in for a birthday, the old turbo dynamics turbo is just plain worn out only producing a whopping 4psi by 3000RPM. As you can see in the video the wastegate port has eroded away after years of heat cycles.
Opting to update the system is one of our HFM-18G bolt on upgrades.
These come as a kit to bolt the turbo on and connect all your piping and oil lines, and depending what turbo you have you may need to modify your dump pipe to suit, we supply a new fl**ge in the kit to make this as simple as possible.

PDI front mount fitted up to this 2h turbo 60 series. Already supporting a .n.soot.ind turbo kit. Had a bit of modifications to do around the aftermarket a/c system but still came up a treat in the end.

Hzj105 in for one of our upgraded r151 gearboxes.
This one drove all the way from cairns after they lost 3rd and 4th. And it’s not even turbo, which shows just how weak these are in stock form.
These are a great upgrade weather you have turbo or do a lot of towing.

if you’re looking for any upgrades on your Toyota send us a message today and will help you find what you need.
We have exchanged gearboxes in stock and ready to go, and can do a package deal if you buy a turbo kit and an upgrade box from us for your Land Cruiser.

1hz-t coaster bus. How it should of been done from the factory.
Last year we reconditioned the engine to full turbo spec but due to funds and time frame we couldn’t go all out with our turbo kit straight away.
So now it’s all run in and back we’ve had a chance to bolt on one of our HFM turbo kits and built a custom front mount intercooler setup.
To keep things nice and tidy we modified the intake manifold as they don’t have much room between the floor and engine which came up nice and helped make life easy when it came to the piping.

Parts list
✅ .n.soot.ind exhaust manifold
✅ 11mm injector pump and injectors
✅ HFM S3E turbo
✅ silicone hoses and lift pump
✅ HFM built turbo spec engine with rebuild kit

Unfortunately this bus is to big to fit on the dyno so we will be road tuning this one, not chasing big power just something to push it up all the hills.

If your looking to turbo your cruiser get it touch with us today.

Hzj105 finished up with one of our build 1HZT engines.
This car come in with the typical cracked pistons from neglected injector maintenance.
Customer opted for one of our 220hp packages but detuned to leave some room for more power in the future when a bigger intercooler and airbox upgrade funds allow so after run in it will be tuned for around 180-190hp.
Parts list for this build,

✅ HFM 12mm pump and injectors
✅ HFM-S2E turbo
✅ hzj100 small Center fit intercooler kit
✅ CT26 turbo manifold
✅ 1hz high performance turbo rebuilt kit
✅ conrod bearings
✅ genuine toyota main bearings to get oil clearance’s perfect 👌

Car also received new hoses, radiator, viscous hub and a bunch of other new goodies etc to go with the fresh engine.

Once the customer has put some klms on the engine we’ll put it on the dyno for a tune as we’ve only done a run in tune to keep they lean and clean.
