Tony’s kicked off the week under the hoist, getting stuck into some front-end repairs and maintenance work on this Toyota Hilux.

Hiluxes are built tough, but with the amount of work they do around Adelong and the surrounding areas, regular inspections are essential. From suspension and steering components to brake checks, we’re making sure everything underneath is safe, solid, and ready for the road (or the paddock).

Catching wear and tear early helps prevent bigger — and more expensive — repairs down the track.

We’re wrapping up the week with an Isuzu D-Max service, and our new apprentice Mitch is hooking in and getting hands-on 💪🚗

From checking brakes and suspension to inspecting tyres and completing a full-service check-over, it’s all about doing the job properly and making sure this D-Max is ready for the road (and the paddock!).

Today the apprentices are getting hands-on experience with a Holden Captiva alternator replacement ⚡🚗

An alternator plays a critical role in your vehicle — it keeps the battery charged and powers your electrical systems while driving. When it starts to fail, you might notice:

Trailers work hard and often get overlooked when it comes to maintenance — but regular checks can prevent breakdowns and costly repairs down the track.
