* Answering phone calls/emails and booking in jobs
* Greeting and welcoming clients, accepting delivered packages
* Sourcing parts and materials and producing quotes and invoices
* Organising and filing job cards and maintaining the appearance of the office
* Monitoring stock and ordering office supplies
* Taking payments for jobs and keeping records
* Assistance with updating social media content and monitoring activity
* Some management of debtors and creditors under direction of the business owner
* Cultivating and maintaining existing relationships with customers and suppliers
* Assisting with the implementation of business improvement projects (e.g. administrative processes, paper to electronic systems, possible changeover of workshop software, some marketing and design jobs inc uniforms, signage etc)
Skills / Attributes

You will have the following skills and attributes:
* Experience in automotive repair workshops or similar administrative roles would be highly advantageous
* Trustworthy, friendly and a team player – but also able to work unsupervised when necessary
* Strong customer service skills
* A drivers’ license is essential
* Strong attention to detail and desire to provide quality work
* The ability to take initiative, multi-task and prioritise
* Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Well presented and ability to maintain clean working environment
