This InMotion Climber came in with no power.

We traced the problem to the controller — unfortunately replacing one in a Climber means pretty much EVERYTHING has to come out of the deck. 🔧

New controller fitted, everything reassembled and it's powered up again.

This Climber gets to live another day! ⚡🛴

This Kaabo Wolf Warrior X has some major issues.

⚡ No power.
🔋 Battery won't accept a charge.

Plenty of possible causes, so it's time to start testing and see if we can track down the problem.

This InMotion RS had some seriously unhappy brake discs.

We tried straightening them, but they were too far gone to get running true again.

New discs, new pads and it's ready to go. 🔧🛴

Water and electric scooters don't mix. 💧⚡

This Kukirin G2 Max came in with no power.

Inside? Standing water and severe corrosion throughout the electrical system.

Unfortunately, the damage is extensive enough that this one's a write-off.

This Dragon Lightning V2 came in with a failed controller.

Thanks to Dragon Scooters Australia, a replacement was supplied under warranty.

New controller fitted, tested and back on the road. ⚡🔧

This Apollo City Pro came in with no power.

After some diagnostics, we traced the problem to a failed display module.

New module fitted, everything tested and it's powered up and back on the road. ⚡🔧

Kaabo Wolf Warrior X — completely dead with seriously notchy motors.

We traced it to a massive short in the controllers, causing the BMS to shut down the battery output for protection.

New controllers fitted and it's alive again. Smooth motors and back on the road. ⚡🔧
