1FZ 80 Series 🚗🚗

This one come in with coolant hoses continuously bursting and a rough start in the mornings. After diagnosis, we found that cylinder 6 was filling up with coolant and the vehicle required a new head.

We advised the customer and agreed that a brand new head was the best option to get this gem back to its former glory.

Source and fit a new OEM type head, full gasket kit, all new spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor button and rebuilt the leaking power steering pump too.

Another big job finished and a happy customer out the door.

GQ PATROL 💪🏼

This beauty came in with leaking swivel hubs, and the notorious death wobbles. Upon inspedtion, we found excessive wear in the king pin bearings and wheel bearings. All bearings, seals and rotors replaced.

Vehicle is now driving mint 👌🏼

This clean 70 series landcruiser came into the workshop with a stalling and unable to drive long trips.

We diagnosed that the injector pump was faulty. Once replaced and correctly timed she ran beautifully. While all apart we replaced the timing belt and other necessary components.

Audi Q5

We recently had this Q5 in for some diagnostics after the car kept going into limp mode, we found out the EGR was faulty. Once replaced, we test drove the car and found the issue had been resolved! Another job well done!

Toyota Hilux timing chains replacement 💪🏼💪🏼

Before and after pics of one of the bigger jobs this week. This Hilux came to us with timing correlation trouble codes, after some diagnostics we found that the timing chain had stretched and needed replacing.

This job required the engine to be torn down quite a lot in order to correctly complete. Including the removal of the rocker covers, intake manifold, lower sump, all drive belt accessories and front cover in order to access the timing chains.

Replaced all critical components including all tensioners, guides and gears along with the chains. Fully re-sealed to avoid future oil leaks.

A job well done and a happy customer!
