Noticed your vehicle not running smoothly? Blowing excessive smoke? Rattle noises on first start up? These are all signs of worn injectors. This toyota hilux got a new set of genuine denso injectors to keep this work ute on the road. Found a broken rocker cover that has been previously siliconed over to stop an oil leak. This is not an acceptable repair so we fitted a new genuine toyota rocker cover and gaskets. Finished up with a pressure wash for the engine bay to tidy it up.

I just love working in the hills. Fresh morning in the hills replacing a faulty exhaust gas temperature sensor on this VW Toureg whilst hearing the birds chirping and wind whistling through the trees. Great start to the day and time to appreciate the smaller things in life.

Is your diesel vehicle lacking power/ blowing smoke? It may require an inlet manifold clean.
This manifold is from a 2007 Mitsubishi Pajero which as you can see is semi blocked with diesel soot. This is very common on newer diesel engines due ti their design. A blocked or semi blocked inlet manifold can end is engine failure so have yours cleaned/ checked at your next service. Take a look at the before and after pics below

Please dont neglect your trailers. This customer work trailer left them stranded when a full bearing failure occured. This was very close to loosing the wheel and hub assembly while driving which is very dangerous to passing motorists and pedestrians. Please have your trailers serviced regularly to avoid these situations and also save you money. This trailer required a complete replacement axle and hub assemblies which quadrupled the service cost and let the trailer off the road for amultiple days to source parts

2007 toyota hiace we were asked to attend a no start situation. Vehicle would “cough” but not run. Scanned ecu and found engine to be immobilised so began tracing the cause. Removed the drivers seat to expose the engine ecu and found signs of water damage. Upon opening the ecu case found corrosion on the board. A more cost effective repair was to replace the ecu with a second hand item. Once coded to the vehicle we had a running van again ready to get back to work.

Please dont let your brakes get to this. It is not only dangerous but also costs more to fix. This was a little isuzu truck we repaired the brakes and regreased the wheel bearings at the same time to get this customer back working again.

Funny smell in your car? It could be your cabin filter. This is a cabin filter from a ford ranger we removed which has had a rat living inside the hvac system. This is quite a common occurrence and can be damaging to your vehicle as vermin are known to chew wiring which is a very costly repair.
