This 57' BelAir also needed to boot compartment done.
57' cloud style insert and silver vinyl was sourced from the US, and the original Daytona style carpet aswell. Modifying and rearranging another set of moulds from the interior meant we were able to tie in an OEM themed design. Access to the battery area was one of the prerequisites.

Tough Chevelle needed some tidying up in the boot compartment. A custom carbon fibre bowl was fabricated, then 2 pack cleared for durability, enabling a fuel safe transition from the filler area to the vinyl trim.
Adding some Mercedes velour style carpet and polished aluminium accents finished off this install with some nice detail.

Tough looking VH SS recieved new carpet in repo tri colour claret, full dash repair and refurbish and a pair of Recaro seats. The owner supplied seats were a mismatch pair, so one had to be extensively modified to make them match before being retrimmed in reproduction claret velour and vinyl. Custom mounts were made so that they were a bolt in fit and ADR compliant.

Full restoration of a Datsun 1200 dash assembly and grille.
The dash recieved a crash pad refurbish, recover and then colour matching to original. Gauges were serviced, plastics repaired and recoloured, and all electrical and hardware thoroughly cleaned and detailed before reassembly.
The grille needed plenty of plastic welding and repair before hours of priming, rubbing and masking for the multiple layers of basecoat and finally being sealed in a satin 2k clear coat. All colours were matched to the original prior to commencement of the repairs, which were carried out in house.

A custom mount was fabricated to allow fitment into a stock dash utilising factory mountings.
Using various techniques and materials, a carbon fibre cluster surround was fabricated, that simply snaps into place in the stock location. This set up is completely removable to allow the stock unit to be refitted in under 5 minutes.

This awesome little 1960s Fuji Heavy Industries (Subaru) aircraft was a great project to be a part of. Working once again with Aeroservice, a design was conceptualised with our artist, as we do with all our higher end clients, and a colour scheme agreed on.

As with all of our aircraft work, all materials are FAR25 rated, and come pre certified and tested ensuring that all involved parties are compliant with the relevant standards. We added a heat pressed design, using a period correct, cnc cut Fuji logo which was first drawn in CAD and cut by our friends at Chris Milton Engines.

Other one off touches include hand covered controls in leather and some beautifully textured period correct carpet. Subtle changes were made from the original concept as we progressed through the stages of the interior but in the end the final result was exactly what the owner was after.

928 Porsche in for a complete dash rebuild. Cracked and warped crash pad was saved, recovered and recoloured to original. Poorly fitted audio and switches were corrected, the original wheel was restored and the whole lot refitted with repaired mounting points. A mammoth time consuming task but one that has ensured this Porsche will survive for another 30 years.

Neat freshly built HK Monaro in for a boot compartment tidy up. Using the same colours and textures as the interior is a nice way of tying in the boot to the rest of the car.
