The Gothic influence began with two arches on the sides. Not as decoration, but as structure.
We were interested in how certain spaces can make you feel small, yet complete.
Like standing in a forest, or inside a cathedral, where scale humbles you, but also gives comfort. Where you feel reduced as an individual, yet connected to everything around you.
That feeling of tension between absence and presence became the foundation of the design.
