HST Tuning – Billet Cylinder Head Successfully Tested!

By the end of 2024, it became clear that the OEM cylinder head had reached its limits at our current power levels, with cracking becoming an increasing issue. That’s why we decided to develop our own billet cylinder head.

The development and manufacturing process took longer than expected – as is often the case, real-world testing presents challenges that theory simply can’t predict. To make things even more interesting, we also had to deal with a gearbox failure during the testing phase.

Despite these setbacks, our new billet cylinder head has been undergoing intensive testing since March. So far, we have completed 16 runs, and the results speak for themselves: excellent performance and most importantly, zero cylinder head failures or damage. 💪

We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and are already looking forward to the first events of the season! 🚀🏁.
