Six new champions crowned, a paddock buzzing with 47 flags, and for many drivers a first taste of racing under the lights 🌙🏁

Le Mans opened its gates to the Rotax MAX Challenge International Trophy once again, and the numbers alone tell a story: 370 drivers, 47 nations, five continents, one circuit. Extreme heat pushed the schedule into the evening, giving plenty of drivers their first experience of night racing at Le Mans. What followed was a weekend of close racing and even closer calls — heats decided by tenths, finals decided on the last lap.

The celebrations matched the racing: a paddock buzzing with different languages and flags, a prize draw handing out everything from a Can-Am Ryker to Bell helmets, and six drivers earning the one prize every karter dreams of — a spot at the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals.

Rotax E10 is joining a Swedish motorsport legend. 🏁⚡
Kanonloppet isn't just another race weekend - it's a cult classic. Since the 1950s, it's been THE stage for Scandinavian motorsport, and this August, the newest generation of Rotax engines, the all new electrical Rotax E10 gets to be part of it.

Our young drivers (10-13 years old) won't be racing alone either. Same track, same weekend: Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia, Porsche Sprint Challenge, Ginetta, Legends, and motorcycle racing. Oh, and about 10,000 fans watching. 👀
This is where the next generation makes its mark. Right next to the categories they grew up watching.

The facts:
🔧 Bring your own 950 chassis, rent the E10 engine package
🎯 Open to all international drivers, aged 10-13
🏁 2 events, combined points, one championship podium

🏁 The RMC African Open brought together drivers from across the region for an unforgettable weekend of racing at Zwartkops. 🌍
The event marked the largest Rotax race meeting in South African history, with exciting battles across all categories. Junior MAX delivered a different winner in every heat, while Senior MAX set a new record with an impressive 40-kart grid. A special mention goes to the Namibian team, who travelled with 10 drivers competing across every class from Bambino to DD2. 🇳🇦
With coveted tickets to the 2026 RMC Grand Finals on the line, the competition was close from start to finish. Congratulations to all drivers, teams, officials, and organizers for making this year's RMC African Open such a memorable event. 👏🏆

🏁 Big news for the Rotax community.
Rotax classes are back at the SKUSA SuperNationals - with Senior MAX and Mini MAX joining the lineup in Las Vegas this November.
To provide more flexibility with the scheduling overlap between the 2026 RMC Grand Finals and the SKUSA SuperNationals, the RMC Trophy Final prize package has been expanded.
Eligible winners will now have the opportunity to choose between an RMC Grand Finals ticket and a SKUSA SuperNationals entry (depending on category), giving them greater flexibility to compete on one of karting's biggest stages.

One season. Two world-class stages. Your call!
